Tips for an enjoyable massage
*Arrive at least 10 minutes early so you're
on the table when your appointment
begins.
*Let your therapist know if the room is too
cold, too hot, pressure is too heavy or too
light. Talk to your therapist. We're here
for you!
*Don't forget to keep breathing during
the massage.
*Quiet your mind and focus on the healing
you're receiving.
*If you're dizzy or lightheaded after the
massage, just rest for a minute. There's no
rush!
*Drink water after the massage to replenish.
*Finally, talk to your therapist about the
massage and schedule your next one!
